These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777xp3 ("777xp3", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 777xp3 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, and account management functions.

By registering a player account with 777xp3 or by accessing any part of the platform — including browsing game categories, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must not use the 777xp3 platform.

The 777xp3 platform is intended solely for adult users. The following eligibility requirements must be satisfied at all times:

• Single account: Each individual may hold only one (1) active player account with 777xp3. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether issued by 777xp3 or otherwise — at the time of registration or continued use.

777xp3 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

To access the full range of 777xp3 services, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 777xp3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777xp3 support immediately via live chat or email.

777xp3 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account without providing a reason, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is mandatory for all 777xp3 accounts. KYC must be completed before withdrawal requests are processed. To verify your identity, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Valid Pakistani passport (biographical data page)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement issued within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership, where applicable

Documents must be clear, unaltered originals or high-quality scans. 777xp3 reserves the right to request additional documents if the initial submission is insufficient. The KYC review is typically completed within a few hours of a complete submission during standard operating hours.

All documents and personal data collected during KYC are handled in accordance with the 777xp3 Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

777xp3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively to and from verified payment methods held in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party payment is not permitted.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT (TRC20). All player balances at 777xp3 are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit, unless alternative arrangements are approved by the 777xp3 compliance team. A fully verified KYC account is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. 777xp3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding defined internal thresholds.

Processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within hours of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

777xp3 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus rules applicable to all 777xp3 promotions include:

• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• 777xp3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including voiding bonus balances where abuse or circumvention is detected.
• Players found to be exploiting promotional structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.

All bets and wagers placed on the 777xp3 platform are binding upon confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except in circumstances explicitly permitted under the applicable game or event rules.

For sports betting — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, and other markets — 777xp3 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) the event is cancelled or not completed; (b) odds were published in error; (c) the outcome is affected by circumstances outside the normal conduct of the event; or (d) the bet was placed after the relevant event has concluded, even if not reflected in the live feed.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) operated by third-party studios. 777xp3 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes. All RTP (Return to Player) values are those published by the respective game studios and are independently audited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp3 platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registration by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Collusion with other players or 777xp3 staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or use of the platform to process funds from illegal sources
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or system
• Unauthorised access to another player's account
• Any conduct designed to circumvent responsible gaming limits or self-exclusion restrictions

777xp3 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players have access to the following tools directly within their account settings, effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR
• Session reminders: Configure on-screen time alerts
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours up to 6 weeks
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close the account and be excluded from future registration

Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be immediately reversed (cooling-off and self-exclusion require a waiting period before any reversal is considered). 777xp3 will not override a self-exclusion request. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failure, loss arising from a bet or game outcome, or loss caused by actions of third parties.

777xp3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which 777xp3 shall not be held liable.

All content on the 777xp3 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, and game content — is the property of 777xp3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 777xp3 content without prior written authorisation.

777xp3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the 777xp3 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 777xp3 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 777xp3 platform. You are responsible for determining whether your use of 777xp3 complies with the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which you access the platform.
